Taiwan
Project story
The whole apartment is pale. The only dark thing is a line.
Pale oak floors, a grey-veined stone wall, walls the colour of paper. The black is always thin: one pendant, one glazed partition frame, one run of shelves.
The lines never thicken into surfaces. They hold the pale in place so that every edge can be read.
Colour is left to the people: mustard on a cushion, blue on a chair. The house stays quiet so the living can be loud.
